The Back of House staff is responsible for all operations in the kitchen.
We have several opportunities in our culinary department for experienced cooks looking to expand their knowledge and education in innovated American cuisine. Executive Chef Louis Bayla, rose from a pedigree of the leadership at Laconda Verde and Gramercy Tavern, and is looking to continue the tradition of developing passionate emerging culinarians.
Bayla, alongside Corporate Executive Chef Brian Bistrong, have developed Grain & Cane into one of the most sought-after dining venues in Northern New Jersey. As they continue to expand their concept, they look to identify key individuals to be part of the next phase.
